IPL - vs Eisha

For the EON Mission event
The guidelines were to do something with only black, white, and one other color (blue in this case).  I thought about doing a color that would work for both pokemon but ended up going with something that neither had.

Dude (Raichu) used his surf, thinking it would surprise Cor (Sandshrew) and quickly get rid of the Electric vs Ground disadvantage.  Cor surprises Dude with a quick earthquake, stopping the waters and turning the tide of battle back in Cor's favor.
